Some countries produce their entire electricity output from renewable sources as the world invests more in clean energy. From massive hydro schemes in Paraguay and Iceland, to Geothermal plants in Iceland and New Zealand, Wind farms in Uruguay and Costa Rica, they are moving away from fossil fuels. It’s interesting to see so many countries from the Global South.
